Paper Submission
Submissions to IEEE CBS 2025 should be submitted on PaperPlaza Portal before the deadline. All the submissions will undergo a peer-review process. Each manuscript will be reviewed by at least two reviewers. The accepted submissions should be carefully revised following the comments from all the reviewers. The final paper should also be submitted on the PaperPlaza Portal before the deadline.
Regular Paper Preparation
All papers must be written in English. The paper page limit is 6 pages without extra charges. At most two extra pages are allowed at a charge, when the authors submit the final version. If a manuscript has more than six pages, the authors have to pay extra page fees (USD 100 per extra page). In principle, IEEE CBS 2025 only accepted papers with at least 4 pages. It is strongly suggested to respect these page limits at the time of initial submission.
In particular, authors should use the provided templates and check the PDF for compliance within Paperplaza. The PDF file size is limited to 6MB. Authors are encouraged to include a single optional video (e.g. to show experimental results) in one of the following formats: mpg, mpeg or mp4. The resolution can be chosen freely. The file size is limited to 10MB.
Authors must prepare their manuscript following:

Short Paper Preparation
All papers must be written in English. The short paper with 2 pages is avaiable. The authors can prepare the manuscript according to the guidelines for regular paper. The short paper can be submitted through the same way. All accepted short papers can be presented at the conference. The accepted short papers will also be included in the conference proceedings; however short papers will not be included in IEEE Xplore database nor EI index.
Guidelines for Generative AI Usage
Using artificial intelligence (AI) to generate text in the submission shall be disclosed in the Acknowledgements of any paper submitted to an IEEE Conference or Periodical. The sections of the paper that use AI-generated text shall have a citation to the AI system used to generate the text.
